I bought Hexagon 1.2 and installed it. I was sent a serial number, but nowhere during the installation or operation of the program was I asked to enter my serial. Is this right? Has anyone else installed Hexagon, and where you asked for a serial?

The program works, I was just suprised as this is the first software that hasn't asked for the serial.

(I did ask this in the 3D modelling forum, and got no replies, so I thought I would try here.)

I don't remember for certain. but  it may be that the serial number is needed only for registration, so you will need the number to obtain fixes and to get Hexagon 2 at the upgrade price.  

I had to install the serial number, for both the Demo and the full app. There should have been a window that has 3 blank lines. 1. Name. 2. company. 3. serial number. Did you un-installed fully, thrn try a fresh install?

Email eovia now . They seem to be the fastest in answering a question than anyone else. I still can't believe how fast they are to help.
