Subject: not getting much help from the creator of the 2nd face system

curtskinn ( ) posted Wed, 12 April 2006 at 4:40 PM · edited Fri, 07 February 2025 at 1:40 AM

Hi, I bought the 2nd face upgrade, and I have had a problem with it and have been trying to get some help from the creator by e-mails, but there has not been much success from them. If I were to buy the full package, could I possibly get a credit or a partial credit since I bought the upgrade which is incomplete?

Are they not replying to you? or are they just not able to tackle your problem??

not tackling the problem, and it may be due to the language barrier

Ok, why don't you give me the order # so that I can give you a store credit so you can purchase the full version.  I wish I could help you with the product, but I honestly don't know anything about it.

Hi Debbie, The order number is 111034381 and was placed on the 8th of April

I've issued a credit for the purchase.  If you have problems with the full version, please let me know and I'll see what tester had originally tested it and see if they can lend you a hand.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi Debbie, You might want to take a look at the 2ndFace file, since it is apparently missing parts of the product. I got a response back from the creator and he told me what should be there, but I am not seeing what he is saying is supposed to be there. I went back over the whole file before I extracted it into my poser 6 and I am not seeing what he says should be there. Maybe he accidentally left parts out?

That product has sold many units, and no one else has had a problem with missing files.  Let me alert the vendor to your post here to see if he can shed some light.

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I kept opening the 2ndFace program from the winzip file rather then through the poser file. I tried it as experiment to see if that was what was supposed to be done, and it was. I got it working now.

Excellent!!  I'm glad to know you got it working :)
