Bad examples in pics, however, I really want this hair and cannot find it.

you could try aprils spiral curls, or frizzed head?

RDNA sells some hair made By colm that is dynamic and looks like that.

You have the AngelCurlz by neftis, it is a very simple product with no morphs, few textures and some little posing problems, even so, it's an excellent product and this is the only curly hair that I found that can look as a natural hair without any post work.

firedancer hair is curly, though i don't know if it'll be natural-looking enough (just adding it for completeness' sake). the hair ynsaen is talking about is DNA P5 Romantic Hair for V2/V3. oh wow. that is it. i want it myself. :) there is also a less curly, more wavey hair: DNA P5 Pre-Raphaelite Hair.

Possibilities:

Total Hair (by Harvey Mann). I got from here at 'rosity (the read-me also says it was on sale at Daz). Don't know if it's still available.

Also (somewhere) there's "Latina Hair", but I can't find where I got it from at the moment..

Maybe the above will jog someone else's memory..

There is also Evelyn Hair for A3, V3, SP, and L3 by Lady Littlefox. One of my personal favorites.

pleonastic - I purchased the Fire Dancer hair yesterday morning after someone suggested it, but now I want to other two you mentioned. 

FlyByNight I MUST add Evelyn hair to my runtime.  That is TOO pretty!!

Well, you guys, awesome answers.  Every hair you mentioned would be great for certain things.  So I will count my pennies this weekend.  Maybe hubby will let me get a head start on my Mother's Day presie.
