Does anyone have a list, or know of one online, that gives parameter settings for cloth?

Yep. Go to PoserFashion and RDNA's P6 forum to read about it.

Go to PhilC's to download 2 free python scripts that will do clothing settings for you.Cloth Room helper does that and so much more. PhilC's helper does clothing settings and materials.
