Hi, I have a few questions about gaming graphics. What file format is best to out put to if you will be converting your files to direct x? Can you make effective bumpmaps and transparency maps for direct x? Thanks Deimos

Hey! You sound good in programming. I'm programming in VB and using DX. You want to know which format to use? Is it because you know how to load 3D models in DX? I searched for this but I didn't find. Do you mind to show me how or tell me where I can find a tutorial?

Sorry. I am not a programmer :( I studied some VB however I got lost when I started working with arrays. Unfortuanly I don't have the answers to your questions. I have had a Local Computer Game express some interest in Me creating Direct X models for their games. I simply am trying to learn the best method. Deimos.

If you find it, could you send me it. It will be good for a RPG I'm planning to do.
