Hy there!

I was wondering if you know any accessories , like conforming chracters to put on V3's head , like hats , caps , bonnets and so on , even a crown.I am not looking for props but for conforming clothes , something like The Millenium Mask.

If you aren't a Platinum Club Member  if you join I think you can get the above free in your bonus selections that they give you.

Also, if you go to the free stuff area here and search for "hat",  you can several pages of hats that you can use. Some for V3, others not.  However, you can use any of them and just resize it using the parameter dials.  Then parent it to the head.  If you want to keep it as a prop that you can use for V3 without having to go to that trouble again, just save it to your props folder after you have resized and parented it to her head. Then the next time you want to use it, use the prop you saved.

Also if you are a member of Poser World you can find several hats there.  The nice thing about that site is for your membership fee you get access to hundreds of all kinds of  poser items including tons and tons of clothing for almost every figure out there.
