That looks like the stock Poser curly hair with some heavy tweaking on the texture map, I think - either that or the person pulled the hair in twice, once with default colors, once with the odd blue stuff.

Looks like the Long Curls/Long Conform Curls that comes with Poser 4. The hair is actually a poseable figure, found under the Figure library < Clothing-female. In the Materials Editor you will notice it contains 2 different materials you can set.

Is anybody knows how to model and animate hair justlike the Resident Evil 3 NEMESIS CGI ? I'm very curious about the stylish hair, wind effect on hair, and how to create it without so many spline modelling ? By the way I'm using 3DS MAX STUDIO R4, please suggest me another program if you know what is better for this hair-making project.
