Subject: why do they no longer fulfil their promises-ApoGraphix.

HI customer support,

I bought Epitah by apoGraphix or _Fenrissa_on the 4/15/06, exactly 3 weeks ago, and really to only reason I got it was because of the big promotional picture at the start. Thing is all the textures in that image are made with that bonus extras that ApoGraphix then post a link on to you.

They said they’d post it in 24 hours but I gave them about a week before trying to e-mail them. I got no response and waited another week then put a baddish review to try and get a response, but nothing.

Now I know I don’t know what is happening with ApoGraphix but they should stop advertising in this way because a lot of their products sell on the bonus pacs. I can’t help wondering how many other people are not getting the full products that are advertised on their pages.

I’d like some info on what is going on with this merchant and why they no longer fulfil their promises.

Hi dear Customer,
Debbie sent me an email to forward me to this entry and because you're very angry with us right now. We understand that and we beg you:Please accept our apology! We are in the progress of moving and are having troubles.

We have no proper access to the internet right now. We can't access our server right now, too - but that's where the bonus file for Epitah is. We will handle this issue as soon as possible and hope that you will understand our circumstances. This will be solved, we promise and of course you will get a big extra gift for these troubles!

First off a big thank you to Debbie, who I have always  found to be great and very helpful too. Could you delete the review I made of the ApoGraphix product “Epitah” I’m feeling very guilty about what I said I should have come to you first Debbie.

Sorry ApoGraphix for losing the head and I hope everything gets resolved with yourselves. I think you both are very talented and hope your lives settle so you can get back to doing the more creative stuff in life.

Again thanks Debbie ,and sorry for being over the top to ApoGraphix and looking forward to seeing you again on Renderosity.
