So much for the hope of an apology toward Shahara. I was right. He's not going to try and set things right now that he's been judged wrong, he's going to continue to kick and scream and try to drag Shahara through the mud all the harder.

Your post has many of the facts skewed.  Especially, the part of being banned if this issue was continued, but that continuing to agrue about this in the forums could cause more TOS violations that could lead to banning.  You are more than welcome to quote my email on your site.  Just note my email has a typo where “agree” is supposed to be “argue”  J

I think it's best to lock this thread before any TOS violations can start.  I ask that everyone please respect Anton for his awesome work and his belief that his copyright has been violated.  He should not be attacked for standing up for what he believes in.
