Well at last you can now get some of my metal mats from my website. There are some more coming. The zip file is rather large I'm afraid at 19.4MB. But there are 35 mats in there. Some more are coming later - I missed a few of the mats out of this zip file - like the two galvanised mats and the wierd purple and green mat - this one looks odd but I've used it quite successfully as a floor in a sci-fi scene with low light levels. There are 4 rust mats in the pack as well as a few hammered copper mats in; dark; light & bright; light & warm: (large hammer marks for distance and small dense marks for close-ups - higher render times on the denser ones -) various brushed steels; copper verdigris and a lovely warm Welsh Gold... well, I liked it.

Well I'm glad you like them, my computer shut down in the middle of me thinking of doing a new glass or something else, dunno really - point is I had the Glass&Gems material folder open and it's got corrupted.I can open it and copy materials individually but I can't copy the folders - nor can I put the folder with the now vanished material in it - into the recycle bin.
Plus I keep getting warnings that the whole "Glass&Gems" folder is corrupted.
Now I can copy the materials individually - but it's one heck of a bore (I know I already did the Gems)
So... does anyone know of anywhere I can get hold of a copy of the "Glass" and "Semi-Precious" mat files for Bryce 5.5c?
I can copy those to a new folder and then I'll be able to delete the whole 'corrupted' folder.
Help anyone?
(Oh and the missing metals mats are being uploaded to the same page on my website as I type this. So the link above should have the "GalvanMetals.zip" sitting ready just under the 4 cube pics on that page. Yup, it's done now.)

Who me? Naaaaah. if I was a pro I'd be able to do those mats with windows, pipes and beams and stuff that Mugsey wanted. But if you like the mats, that's great.
