heyas;

   um... i suppose being stuck with this bright white/off-white background for the forums is a 'feature' right?  cuz i see in my settings, i still have black as my background colour.  and it shows up on non-forum things.  ah well.

   anyway, i go to 'my options' on the forums, and i can use the checks to hide/show forums and such and that all works well.  however, when i UNCHECK 'show everybody's avatar' and 'show everybody's signature' and 'show smilies'... every time i save my options, those are turned back ON.

   not good.

  i'm using mozilla firefox 1.5.0.3.

Try clicking on the save changes right under the text box to put your signature instead of the save changes at the bottom of the page.

ohhhh...! 

  cool, that worked :)

   and i suppose turning off 'notify' on all the forums doesn't really cause the default state of 'notify me when someone replies' to off, either, right?
