Subject: is there a way to break a animated gif down

i have a tutorial gift but it goes 90 miles an hour is there a way to break it back into the originol pics?

Yes. You need a GIF animation program. Look at nonags.com and tucows.com for a free/shareware program. Ulead.com has trial versions of some of their software, and they make a good GID animation program.

Try Graphics Workshop Pro, it can assemble/dis-assemble them.

On my Mac I just use Quicktime.
