Subject: Field Trip in Washington...or other locations

hi all  :)
i was just curious how much interest there would be from folks in the Washington state area (generally seattle / tacoma / olympia) in getting together and go on a field trip to somewhere (i would guess that the location could be determined by the group)....
i just thought it would be fun to get together with a group that has similar interests (photography specifically) and find some great photos together .. maybe swap some techniques / stories and just generally have some fun ....
i'm retired, 66 and married for close to 47 years (my wife tells me i'm no threat to anyone :)

this is just to test the waters....here's hoping we can find a couple hundred (or maybe 5 even :)

I think this is a great idea...
A date and time would  be nice to discuss here.
Those places are fairly close to my location.
Last time I checked I did not have a criminal record, so imagine the border guards would let me through. mwha ha ha haaaa

I'm out here in GA, but I have family in the Puyallup area. If you come up with a date, I might be able to schedule some vacation time. It's sounds like an excellent idea and I know it would be a lot of fun.

Anyone got a ticket for me? :unsure: sigh even though I'd love to come... I cant lol... two reasons 1. I dont have any money for the trip... 2. even if I did I've been out of nz for close to 90 days so gotta say in country till I get residency sigh ah well hope you ppl have fun... share the photos... Oh and could we do a New Zealand one?  :tt2:

I'd go.. but... a couple reasons YOU don't want me!

1 - I have never been fishing in my LIFE! (sadly I lived in a fishing community for almost all my life!)
2- I'm a girl and all you boys are responding
3- I wouldn't have anything to share about photography... you are all to good!

Well, if I could afford NZ..........I'd be all over it in a heartbeat!!!!!

Sigh!!! I guess a trip to WA is about the extent of my travels these days and even that would be a scrimp and save kind of trip!!!! All us poor artist out here!!!! LOL :)

ohh man.. 

I'm layghing at all my stupid posts today.. and well the last week!

I've been working too much... and can't think too straight..

I don't know where we are meeting but I probably don't know the area... Unless you all want to come to BC.

Nicole.........please don't be normal.........that would really take all the fun out of it!!!! Then I would be the only "abby-normal" one of the group!!!!  Well then again..... I looked at the list of names and what the hay......... we're all RR weirdos...... arn't we?????? LOL :P

Sounds like it would be a fun time, who else can we get to come along??? I think we need to drag Kimmers, she's here in Ca and there are a few more here in the west we ought to put the bug in their ears! Whadda Ya think?????

I AM GAME!! i think we should plan for next summer so well all have time to plan and save ( i will be in mich  for a while soon this summer

THINK IT sounds fun and great.

 if we planned it at a place in time like 6- months to a year from now lots of people could meet up and plan i think  just my 2 cents WOULDT THAT BE FUN!!!  WOW!!   5?  the more the merrier ID SAY !! wAHHOO!!..hheeheee!!
