Hey guys and gals I need some favors.

I am a high school baseball coach and I am putting together an offseason workout package for the team. I am also creating a package that can be sent out to next years incoming freshmen class so they don't have to start off so far behind. The difficulty I am having is with illustrations. Since I don't want to get into any trouble using illustrations from the web I decided that it would be a great idea to use Mike and David to make my own illustrations. However it seems that this takes far more time than I thought (at least for me) to make the poses. I was wondering if anyone would like to help me out or knew where I could find already finished poses. For free if at all possible (as High School Coaches make no money).

I need stuff like Weight lifting, stretches, Yoga, Pilates...things like that. If anyone knows were I can find some for either M3 or David let me know if anyone needs more information in order to make poses also let me know.

Thanks in advance.

hmm..look for Shlabber (sp?)..the pose king..he's got over 500 poses all told, so the odds are good.

Poser (Version 4 at least) comes with some default athletic poses, mainly Olympic sports types.  I don't have Poser in front of me, but look at Action Sets, Classic sets, etc. I know they're not for David or M3, but usually they'll get you in the ball park (you may have to repose the fingers on M3 or V3 for that matter, but that's usually the extent of it). It's a start.  I know I've seen a Yoga pose somewhere (not sure what Pilates are, for all I know it was someone with a hand-washing obsession..;), there's an Atlas pose, etc.

Or just check Freebies here; you should be able to search by Poses, I think..hope this helps

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

Ro Man and Muscleman 2004 have some excellent body building pose sets at a reasonable price.
