It's possible that it has unzipped into a folder called Miki1020Pack under your main Poser folder, rather than going into your Runtime.   I think I probably ended up copying the folders over manually.

Hi and thanks for your reply.

So would i drag the runtime folder of Miki onto my main runtime poser folder?

You can just "link" the Miki Runtime from within Poser. So you will have a runtime only for Miki products.

Oh gosh now this is sounding complex.

How do i do that?

Thank you for your time.

In the Poser 6 Libraries window, the highest level folders are, by default, "Poser 6" and "Downloads".   You can create a new one to contain the "Miki1020" folder.   Click the little black arrow at the top right of the Libraries window and select "Add New Runtime".   It will prompt you for the "Miki1020" folder.   The alternative is to drop the conyents of Miki1020 in the corresponding libraries in the Runtime folder.   That way ends up with a much more complicated runtime, though, so semidieu's solution is better.

Or you can just drag the Miki1020 folder onto your desktop, open it and then zip the Runtime folder inside of it. Then you just unzip it into Poser6 and everything installs properly.

Isn't it odd that E-Frontier made Poser, but they can't seem to folder properly for their products to install properly?

SoCalRoberta: That sounds complicated. :) For a PC I would just drag the miki 'Runtime' folder into poser 6 such that it ends up in the same place as the existing runtime - adding its files to it. For a Mac that is dangerous as it will first 'delete' the existing Runtime without moving it to 'Trash'... But it works for a PC.

Truth has no value without backing by unfounded belief.
