I apologize for this. I know I have to be becoming a pain at this point. But I don't understand why I am able to purchase things twice. This time I have re-purchased   °Dancing Affair° Textures for LisFashion: Hot Club

on order # 111051561 which I had already purchased before on order # 111050630.

If you give me credit for this one...I will purchase something else with it. Thank you again. This is an aggrevation..I know. I don't know what this is happening and I am not being told I already have it. :-( Sorry. Jenn

And thank you so much for all the times you have helped me out with this problem now. I am writing everything down now hoping to avoid this in the future.

Hi Jenn, I logged in as you and was not able to reproduce the problem. When I tried to add something to your cart that has already been purchased I get this:

"It appears that you have already have this product."

So I'm not sure what the problem is.

However, I will correct this one for you.

Thank you very much Clint. As much as I hate to say this..it appears I have done it yet again. I just went to download an item I purchased..and it is already in the folder. In order # 111051487 I purchased Karanta's Mini Dress & Sandals...apparently I have purchased this earlier in order        # 111049090. This was before I started writing everything down. I am so very sorry. This is very frustrating for me as well. Guess maybe I am overloading the system with all of my purchases lately. :-) I'd appreciate  your help once again. I am sure I can spend the credit in short order. Thank you.

No problem - I'll fix this one as well.

Are you pulling these duplicated purchases from your wishlist or hitting the Add to Cart button?

Any information you can provide me on how your placing the items into your cart will be helpful for me to troubleshoot the problem.

Thank you again. I am not sure where I put them in from on all of them. But I do keep the majority of my purchases in my wishlist for a few days before deciding to buy them for sure. So I would say probably from the wishlist. Does this help?

I really, really appreciate all your help. Hopefully this won't happen anymore now.
