I just got back from the airport and you'll never guess which little wahini I picked up there! Well, okay, you probably can guess and it wasn't that recent. Dave (Punaguy) shipped her off to me a couple of weeks back, but I haven't had a chance to post any photos of her until now. She looks pretty good considering that she had a long flight all the way from Hawaii. I just know that when Grover sees these photos of her that he's gonna be missing her something fierce! The first thing she wanted to do after arriving was to check out the local flora. She was amazed at how much it was like her home back on the big island...

I have to say though, she must have brought some of that recent Hawaiian rain with her because it poured for two days straight after her arrival! That is good though because we need it badly..forest fires and all. It is me or does she look like she gained a little weight? It must be because she was snacking on the sweets that Dave sent me along with her. Thanks buddy - delicious stuff - what was left of it anyway...

Yaaaaaaay Punani! I'm so glad she made it in one piece....most girls like her are a little fragile as most women are. She looking a little heavier but quite happy from what I can see.....seems to be enjoying herself in her new surroundings. And from what I can see it's a lot like home there, same flowers, and much the same weather.....All that's seems to be missing is her man...but she is a patient women and will wait for here man to come back someday....

In the mean time I'm sure Uncle Kort will take good care of her and show her a good time as I can see he is already doing...

Thanks for the update Uncle, I hope to see more of her trips around your area~ Aloha, Dave~

BTW I love that sign on the door "Salesman by appointment only, receiveing in the rear"...what kind of company you running here anyway? LOL

I gave Punani a quick tour of my workplace. She liked the warehouse for some reason. She said she knew some people who knew some people and that we could make a lot of money. I told her I'd think about it...

No tour of PDI would be complete without at least saying hi to one of our resident aliens. We found this one lounging near the rear of the building. He said he had just gotten back from an acting gig in the upcoming Miami Vice movie and they had let him keep some of the wardrobe items.

We finally made it back to my office and Punani relaxed with some coffee while I finished up some work on a new promo sheet. Then she happened to see and open Renderosity window in the background and wanted to see what Grover was up to.

Boy she seems so impressed with her tour of your company...Looks like a busy place to work..I'm sure she would like to work there, but like me she is allergic to work....more of a kick back island attitude..She sure looks like she's having fun here tho- quite an interesting place to work...I see she still misses the blue guy tho! Holy Crap!! She's pissed! There's one thing you don't want to do is piss off an island girl, she'll get even if it's the last thing she does....And by the looks of things she's not real picky here....I pity the fool that makes here jelouse...If I were Grover I would stay on the extended vacation till this Wahine cools off, man the fire in those eyes would scare anybody away...One of the main reasons I don't date local women, when they get hurt the whole family gets involved, brothers, uncles, etc. They all just want to have a "talk" with you....yipes~ Great shots here Kort, nice to see some of your co-workers getting involved with Punani...they are warned~ Aloha

No, no...it's all good, but sadly so true...Being single seems like a safe bet nowdays....I'm sure the right women is out there, she just doesn't know it yet....heh heh But then again being single has it's bennies, and I guess that's why I don't go looking....I know, what a putz...but for now I 'm digging it....Aloha!

Hahah, I hear ya Dave. I was single for a long time and appreciated the freedom, but don't miss it (too much) now that I have a family and all the goodies that go with that. Still, a wife might have a problem with spending thousands on camera equipment, so keep on digging it! =] And hahaha Marlene...I am sure there are some poligamist women out there who feel differently about being part of collective. Very topical comment. =^P

Well, I finally calmed Punani down. I think she's forgiven Grover too. For the past couple of days she's been pouring over plans for an "electric chair" for Grover. It must be some kind of massaging lounge chair she's going to give him as a present. She even asked to see where she could tap into the local powergrid for maximum juice - what a thoughtful gal!

Don't worry, I'll play the big brother for her. Good think Grover isn't around right now, that is all I can say. Heheh, he did send her some chocolates and flowers, so I guess her learned his lesson. She seemed to cool off a bit, but is really digging into those chocolates. Now she is asking me for some pickles - what has gotten into that girl?? More adventures soon. :m_wave:
