I don't use DAZ Studio but there are a couple of things that might help ...
The first might be to move the main light slightly to one side or the other so that it is not pointing directly into her eyes. What you are seeing is the reflection of the direct light.
The other is one that I can't describe exactly, but only in general terms because I am not familiar with what it is called in DAZ Studio. The eye highlights are coming from the cornea material ... and what you will have to do is reduce the setting that controls the highlights. Choose the cornea materials and look for a setting called Specular or something to that effect ... and reduce the settings a bit until the eye reflections look correct when rendered.
Maybe someone else can pipe in with the exact settings you'll have to adjust.
Have you posted this in the Daz Studio forum?

I posted this over at Daz forum, but noone answered...maybe you can help?I noticed in Daz that when I render my Vicki, that her eyes take on this 'glow'. Before the render they are simply gorgeous, but after Im not too happy with the end results!
I have looked up and down the expanded scene area to see if there are additional lighting maybe I missed to remove. Nothing. How do I get rid of this glare that keeps coming up in my renders?
Im new to Daz- just learned last week, if you explain to me how to get rid of it- make sure you explain like you are talking to a 12 year old:D:D:D I get confused easily lol
Ever stop to think, and forget to start again?
