Subject: Photoshop LE question...

How do I import new filters and effects I DL from Adobe Studio Exchange?  I have Photoshop LE (4.0), so I am having trouble figuring it out since the 'help' file is not helpful.  There seems to be no 'actions palette.'

hmmm if i recall correctly there is a trick to running ACTIONS on PSelements...

They are accessed differently depending on the version of Photoshop Elements, i think it was through the "How To/Recipe" palette. You used to need an "add-on" in earlier versions but i'm not sure if that's still the case. if you do need the add-on look here and go to the power tool section.

you can also read through this older article and see if it help.

It's easier to wipe your butt with cigarette papers than it is to add actions to Photoshop Elements.
