Subject: CS1 Brushe Won't Show Up in CS2

I just purchased a hair brush (.ABR file) that can supposedly be used for Photoshop CS1, but I would like to know, can it be used in Photoshop CS2? The Readme file told me to unzip the hair brush in the "Presets" folder, which I did, but it won't show up in the Photoshop program. How can I get it to show up?

It goes in the PresetsBrushes folder. Click the brush options arrow and you should see your file listed at bottom.

Here is the path I use in PS CS2:

AdobePhotoshop CS2PresetsBrushesAdobe Photoshop Only then create a new folder with Brush name or whatever you want to call it.  The brushes in the folders I create in this path show up.

There may be other paths used, but this works for me.

Are you sure that CS1 brushes are compatable with CS2? Or...are you choosing "Load" brushes and navigating to the folder where the brush is stored?
