this is not a request but a requirement. 

I do not want to receive any more your ebots, I removed this option but I receives them nevertheless.

That interferes seriously with my business and endanger my customers relationship.

I did ask it many times but it seems that you don't listen anymore.

I remind to you that you are not above the laws.

I's quite funny; those who don't want ebots receive them and those who want them don't.
