I'm getting ebots for the forums.  I'm getting ebots for comments.  I'm getting ebots for new products.  I'm getting ebots for sales on wishlist items. Unfortunately, I'm NOT getting ebots about new images from my favorite artists.  Are they working or are they being worked on?  There have been so many "they're working/they're not working" posts I'm confused as to where we are now.

Same problem here, doesn't seem to be on your end.

The favorites ebots are working now and have been since afternoon yesterday. When you click on MY FAVORITES from the galleries and look at your favorite Images,  is the link off to the right saying "turn notifications on" if they are then you need to click that to set them to notify.

Doc, I checked yours and the notifications are set correctly so you should be getting them now. Do you have an example of one of your favorites that have uploaded a new image since yesterday afternoon so I can research further?

Well, I checked my notifications. As far as I can see, they're set correctly.

At least one of my favorite artists has uploaded an image since yesterday afternoon ('rosity time): RGUS. I have not received an ebot.

I seem to be having a problem receiving my e-bots for fav artists too. I did get notification of 3 new posts but when I checked the gallery there were at least 2 others that I hadn't gotten notification on. One was the latest by XTrinityX. I just checked ny page and it looks like they're all set correctly. I don't mind browsing to find them (I've found new favs that way too) but the e-bots do make it a lot easier and less chance of missing anything

Hi Stacey, I havent got a single ebot  for favorite artists, and after cruising through the gallery there should be almost 4 or 5 that I should have received.  Are they completely fixed, and ive got something screwed up somewhere?

My notifications have been turned on since the switchover.  The following are some artists that I know have uploaded and I didn't get any messages:

149 ebots today and only 3 of them are on my list. i even went to the extent of turning off my subscriptions. logging off, re-starting my computer (yes i did) and log back on, signed in and still more ebots are flowing in.

I presume that this setting means that the notifications are on and i'm preety shure that more than one of my fav artists posted today afternoon and still no ebots in my inbox. i just recieve a couple of forum notifications along the day but no posts and since i haven't posted anything lately i dunno if i get ebots from comments in my gallery (grin)

Okay reporting to the programmers.

Definitely not working Stacey. On any given day I receive at least 5 notifications. I do mean at least. I haven't received a single one since the transition.

Ive gotten two ebots for my favorite artist out of a long list.  Most of them have posted. images.  Now Im not getting any ebots for favorite artist.  What`s up with that.

Same here 85 e-bots today   60 the day before .. what ever happend to a  dry run before a conversion?

Hum - I checked my email Thursday night and cleaned out my inbox.  I checked my email just now (Friday) and had 215 some emails - all from Renderosity.  I usually get about 20 tops.  I have about 5 favorites or so set up so I can be notified and it appears I was notified of everyone who submitted a picture today (laughs).  I'm not upset and felt very loved.

Did the gates burst open in error or am I missing something.  With the new conversion, is there a setting that says notify of everyone who submits a picture under Poser?  Oh yeah - I did get 1 notification of someone submitting a Bryce picture.  Anyway - was this a programming glitch or something I have to undo.

Thanks - Oh yeah ... tell the programmers to keep their heads up as this HUGE task isn't a walk in the park.  I've been there and know it's a pretty tall order.  Keep up the great work guys and tweak the bugs!!

Ok...now I'm getting SOME favorite artist ebots, but definitely not all.  Whatever you did to get some a few of them working, go back and do it with all of them.

I've also received a couple of e-bots on favorites and comments but there are still quite a few I didn't get from posts today. Waiting patiently and having fun browsing on top of it.

It's 10:43 am eastern time here, Saturday the 17th, and I'm still getting no ebots. It's very rare that a day goes by without getting an ebot that one of my fave artists has posted a new image to the gallery. I haven't gotten an ebot since the conversion for gallery images. (Gotten them for forum posts & wishlist items on sale, but nothing for fave artist.) I went and checked my settings, and it looks like they were on because it said "turn off" next to each artist. I'm trying to get back into my favorite artist section, but it's taking forever to load. I know Primaltruck uploaded a new image, because when I was able to get into my fave artist list earlier, I clicked on him and sure enough... new image. As to what time it was posted, I couldn't tell you because I can't get back in! I hope this is fixed soon because I really enjoy looking at my fave artis' works. Thanks.

Stacey: If your out and about could ya please check my  favorite artists. I check them yesterday and I think they are ok....but still no ebots :(

They are looking into the fav ebots issue.. They were working but not sure what happened:( I'm hoping they will get this resolved over the weekend

Last night I saw the lowest numbers I have ever seen here. Only 165 registered members.

I getting some, but not all...sigh..

Found a few favs I didn't get ebots on, so it looks like it's still a hit and miss thing.

OOH! I got 2 ebots. Still kinda low, though.

TCopsey the reason you are getting all those ebots is you must have subscribed to some of the galleries. They have fixed it so you will only get one per visit but if you don't want to recieve them go to your members options under gallery  and my gallery subscribtions and uncheck the galleries you don't want to get notified on. Then Save

Monday 19th of June - 9 central europe time. One of my favourite artists (kenwas) has posted 10 hours ago - no ebot.

So far i only got two ebots about favourite artist postings. Interesting enough both about the same artist - Shari123.

I have lots of favorite artists and used to get at least 20 notifications a day. I did get 4 fav artists ebots on Sunday but 0 this Monday morning. Checking a few galleries, I know most of my favs are still posting new images. I hope this can be fixed soon?

I received an e-bot for one image posted today by IgnisSerpentus, but not for one posted today by Prog.  Both are on my favorites list and I have notification on for both of them.

what do ya know?! I FINALLY got a (one) ebot! Keep 'em comin'.

I might as well add my name to the list as well, I haven't received an e-bot for a favorite artist since the changeover.

Still only getting some ebots here and there...and it seems to be completely random as to which artists I receive notification ebots.  One day, I get ebots for certain artists and not others...then the next day, it's just the opposite.  There seems to be no pattern to the screw-ups. 

Is there any update as to when this will be fixed?

We did a lot of testing today and it seems this issue is resolved . So please let me know in the next day or two how this works for ya:)

Nope...still missing ebots here.  I know of at least one of my favorites that posted just a couple of hours ago, and I didn't get an ebot.

I'm sorry I don't know what else to say because this was tested heavily today and all ebots went out as designed.  we will keep an eye on it but i don't know what else to say at this point. Sorry

Well, I checked my favorites list and found 4 that did upload today and I didn't get notification...and there were 2 for which I did get ebots.  Apparently, it's going to be a hit and miss system and you folks seem to be alright with that. 

That's disappointing to say the least.

I'm not sure what else we can do. We have tested this as I stated very very heavily and didn't miss any. Are you sure that since some are coming from different addresses that the ones you are missing are not getting caught in the "junk" mail or spam filters?

If you don't mind me asking, when did the testing get done? Perhaps some of the missing ebots went missing before the fix was done?  I know I've received two in the last hour. But I haven't gone through the gallery yet to see who might have been missed. If the testing was completed sometime in the morning hours, then I do know of at least one that was missed.

As for them possibly going into junk/spam.... not on my end. I've been checking that daily as well as having the addy in my address book. Anything in my address book doesn't get sent to junk/spam.

I'll let you know if I have any missing.

I'm afraid not. I uploaded one less than an hour ago and my roommate never received the ebot and I was chatting in IM with a friend who also told me she didn't receive one about it. The chat friend says she checked her junk mail and I know my roommate did because I watched.

Is her email address correct in her profile and did she double check that her favorite artist list had the notification turned on for you?

Yep to all. And I went looking through my list of fav artist and found one that had uploaded after the time you said that I never got an ebot for. I copied and pasted what is listed under her image in case that helps you any. The others I didn't get one for were all posted before 3PM. There were 4 of those. Here's the one posted after...
