Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but why do I not get notified when my favorite artist has posted an image? I've check my artist options and it appears to be set correctly. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I also get only a few mails but not all in the moment. I hope it will become better soon.

I never got anything and now I am getting some. 

I was asking a few days ago when we would be okay again with the ebots. I got a day later the message that now should be everything okay, but that was around 4 days ago. I get only a few ebots, what makes it even more confusing, I never know if people have posted or not, so I have to search again all my favourites to make sure I didn't miss anything!!! That is time I really could use better, so I hope it will be back to normal soon. It is time that they get it in the grip, it is already to long now. I'm glad they work not in an hospital, if they had a lifesaving job, we would be all dead by now!!!!!

I noticed yesterday that E-bots I'm not getting are going into my spam folder since the change over so I'm having to "re-educate" my spam filter to let them through again. Might be an idea to check yours!!

I'm still not getting any ebots~!

drifterlee, are you not getting any ebots at all, or are you getting some but not others?

Up until this week I never got ebots for new posts from my favorite artists, and suddenly I've gotten 3 of them this week! I didn't even know that was a feature for having favorite artists! If I'm gonna start getting ebots for all of my favorites I may have to remove them! Yikes!

it is true that since they have faitr change, that it is not easy to be found there:)

Day before yesterday I received 2 ebots about favourite artist images.  They go into my hotmail junk folder. I read them there and then delete them.  So maybe that's where some peoples' ebots are going and they don't know because the junk mail folder is emptied without them seeing the mailings?

I have my e-mail set the way that I have no spam filter, everything goes in my mail, because I like to know what I throw away, but anyway no ebots. Yesterday I had around 75% of the ebots,afterthe gallerie was down again yesterday, today nothing, 2 ebots from around 50 favourites!!!! How long should that go on???? Maybe someone from the forum can aswer this question:

        When will we be back to normal???

It would be nice to know at least how long we have still all morning to search for images our favourites have posted. I really know what I could do better with this time, but I'm really interested to see what everybody posted, so I seek for it!

They're working on it... that's all I can say, sorry :-(
