Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 26 1:43 pm)
Wardrobe Wizard without a doubt!
Unlike The Tailor, you work with it inside Poser, and you can convert "on the fly". When you analyze something WW makes a small .dat file with the information. So long as you have that file in your analysis folder, you only need apply the clothing to your new figure and click a button "Convert To" and 15 seconds later the outfit is converted. That means no need to save a copy of converted clothing items for each figure. Which means you save hard drive space.
I use it ever single day. I analyze a clothing item to the base figure, then morph up the figure, and then covert the clothing to the morphed up figure. Gone are the days of having to use magnets and dials to get clothing to fit a morphed up figure.
I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

I use both programs. I like them both.
WW does more than the Tailor overall. But I've found that the Tailor occasionally achieves better results than WW. Likewise, WW occasionally achieves better results than the Tailor.
My recommendation: if you can, buy 'em both. They are both extremely useful additions to your Poser toolbox.
Quote - I finally broke down and bought it... my first attempt (al biet a little extreme... didn't go so well...), but the second attempt turned out quite nicely.... Cheers and thanks for the endorsements.. :)
A tip.
Clothing have "body parts" too. So if you want to smooth out the chest area, try smoothing the left collar and right collar, and the chest. Smoothing, inflating and deflating the individual body parts of the garment will give you better results than trying to do it all on the "body" of the garment.

I have the tailor and it works for the most part, however I am mainly interested in migrating from V3 to A3... The tailor does some odd bunching around the breasts and doesn't seem to pull in non-standard body groups very well (could just be me)... However, does anyone have experience taking clothes from say... As Shanim from V3 to A3 using wardrobe wizard..
