I have been trying for the last month to change my e-mail address on my account. I have used Yahoo.com, Comcast.net and my own private domain and no authentication e-mail has arrived. I am calling this a Bondware issue because I am having the Same issue with RDNA as well.

Can someone please contact me so I can resolve this?

Okay, I just learned that the e-mail is going to the old address which is a closed account. I have no access to it.

Okay Natoli, I will get this resolved for you. I just reported this problem to the programmers late last week because I was doing some testing and noticed that it sent the new email verifcation to the old email address and thats not going to work for this very reason.

 

I'll let you know when we get you fixed up:)

Yeah,

I have phpbb forum and athentication goes to the new addy typically. Just trying to work this one out since I haven't been able to access this box since 4/10.

Would there be a way to manually update the e-mail? I haven't received newsletters and confirmation e-mails at all recently.

Hey Natolii,

 

Until the programmers get this issue resolved with the verifying email that goes out, can you email me (stacey@bondware.com ) and give me your new email address that you want on your profile here and I'll change it on the backend so it will replace your old one?
