How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Thanks Maggie. I sure did. The avatar is the character Gir from the cartoon Invader Zim. I never saw it until it came out on DVD, but love it, and just had to animate this my avatar to give it a little extra pizzaz! =]
