Subject: Finding someone's freestuff area?

Acadia ( ) posted Fri, 07 July 2006 at 9:57 PM · edited Wed, 31 July 2024 at 1:17 PM

Before all of the changes, you could click on  "profile" below their name and arrive at their homepage.  The homepage consisted of:

  1. A few images from their gallery;
  2. A link to their gallery;
  3. A list of their favourite artists
  4. A list of their favourite images;
  5. A link to their store if they had one;
  6. A link to their free stuff area if they had one.

I no longer see #5 and #6 in  the person's profile.

The only way I can see to locate someone's free stuff area is to click on "Free Stuff", search for their name, click on their name which takes you to another page where you can click on a link to view their Free Stuff.

The same with their stores.  You have to go to the MP, click "search" and then browse for their name before you can get to the store.  It was so much simpler before when you could just click their profile and see all the links related to them right there.

Can this be simplified and all of the links placed back in the person's profile, instead of making us go all over the site having to seek and find?

This will be added to the homepage like before soon.  Hopefully early next week.

Thanks

Oh, one more question.  Will there be a "contact" link on the item page in the MP so that we can just click a link to email/PM the merchant instead of having to copy their name and go to "messaging"?

Site Admin Online Now!

I added some temp links to the top of the new homepage for that member's store, freestuff, and downloads.  Hopefully that will help until more stuff is migrated across.

Tim....you are a really nice guy....

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

I would like to see an option column in the Wishlist that shows the Sale icon so I and all who read the list will know when an item is on sale.  There is a column already on the edit subpage.
