Subject: Broken Images and crawling bandwidth?

Anton_Kisiel ( ) posted Sat, 14 April 2001 at 2:16 AM · edited Wed, 25 December 2024 at 1:37 PM

Past couple days the forum has been crawling on my computer. When I came back home on Thurday I noticed none of the banners display and many page links won't load. Broken images in the galleries her and there. Is it just me? If so, what might be causing it. This was never a problem before. The rest of the web is fine, just here. help? suggestions?

Horrible in Florida. Half the time I can't even get Renderosity to load....and when it does, does not have any pictures, banners, etc. It is working this afternoon, though ;)

It also won't connect in Netscape for periods of time (says Domain not found), yet will in IE.

as fare as netscape is concerned, i believe some browsers (including netscape) won't read the MIME data correctly.... i have not been having any problems, and i am on dialup here in canada... Styxx (who's keeping his fingers crossed for luck!)

Site Admin

There are some general machine load issues. A much larger server is scheduled to be in place this week-end. We have also had heavy download activity for the last couple of days. Hopefully will be better soon, but let us know if it continues to be a problem.

Thanks for the heads up. Hope the switch is smooth.
