Thank you for shopping at the MarketPlace, I'm sorry to hear that you got cut off like that. If you would, send the payment to payments@renderosity.com and then send an email to store@renderosity.com letting the staff know that you've sent the payment so that someone can manually verify receipt and activate your downloads.
