I have tried getting in touch with Tim from HappyWorldLand, but I haven't gotten a reply. I waould like to use his textures in some free characters I have created. I thought I remembered him saying that his textures were for you to use, but to contact him if you did anything cool with them. But since his site is down, I can't go back and look for his TOS. Can someone help me contact him please? Or tell me if using them in free characters was alright with him? One of you has to know him and his stance on this. Please help?? I really can't put them up until I have his permission. I also sent a message to Traveler to ask if it was alright to use his morphs on my characters....no reply from him either. sigh Any response would be nice, whether positive or negative. That way I can move on to something else if necessary. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! LOL!

I still need to contact Tim from HappyWorldLand. Or I need to know if he has a readme for his Terms Of Usage anywhere? Does someone have a copy of said Terms that I can look at? I have downloaded one of his zipped textures from here.....but no readme.:-( I have emailed him again. I hope I get a reply. I also sent him an instant message from here.

I'm having the same problem! I made a figure based one one of his textures, and now I can't distribute it guiltfree without asking him about it. I really want to send out the figure, because I love it, and if it was just the texture I could tell people to go download it. But I modfied it. Same for you, eh Nikita?

Yes...one of them is modified. The other is just straight on his gorgeous texture. I cannot bring myself to offer it without his okay.:-( I just can't get in touch with him. Which sucks because these are my very first characters and I want so much to see what everyone thinks of them:-(

Mm, maybe one of the huge texture things does. But not the main download. Hmmm... Anyone know who makes Photoshop? I want the evaluation, but can't find it. Not that that has much to do with this...

He told me that I could use any of the textures commercially as long as I don't sell the textures themselves or take credit for creating them myself. I am trying to find the email as I need to put it in my file anyway. He was very nice. Go to www.adobe.com for a photoshop demo. Marque

I am still a die-hard PSP user, but I have to admit that I get better post-work results in PS.:-P Yeah LadySilverMage:-( I have emailed him at that address twice already. *sigh* I tried to download one of his big texture zips, but the download kept failing. Your welcome:-) Been there. LOL! If you can scrounge up the money I do suggest you get Paint Shop Pro, it's pretty affordable and powerful for the price. It is being sold here at Office Depot on sale for $49. Maybe you can find a good sale like that in your area. :-) One day I will have a better computer with even nicer software!...as soon as I convince someone to buy it for me.:-P

Khrys Send me an address and if I can find it I will send you a copy of Photoshop LE. Ususally costs $99 but I got some copies when I bought my new maxtor drives. It's a limited version but you will be able to register it and hopefully get a break when you are able to update. Marque acbts@cwo.com

That's so nice of you!! I still can't get them. Everytime I try the download fails at about 3MB. grrrrr if you would do that I would appreciate it. I just got an reply to my instant message to Tim! He said I could use his textures! He also said that he has been busy trying to get his site back on the net, which is why he has been out of touch. So HappyWorldLand will be back! And I am really happy about that!
