Yeah, and the hell of it is, I'm not sure if it's any cheaper...

These blogs are fun! I've never had one before so I didn't really know what to use it for. But for 2 days now I managed to find something to put in mine. Not sure how to read the comments though as one of mine shows a comment, but all I see is the person's name and no comment. Do we have to wait for them to be activated by a moderator?

no..the comments just appear..maybe they forgot to write something...or the software had a burp and left it out

I agree, the blogs here are more userfriendly than ArtZone's, as you can just use regular html codes here. I like that!
Heh and despite my initial resentment towards the Rosity blogs, I find myself as one of the Most Active blogs >_<
Though.. The last two posts I've made here are duplicates of my LiveJournal posts, more or less. (or actually my LJ posts are duplicates f this one)
I still find it kinda of silly to have more than one blog. OTOH I never really think of LJ as a blog.. it's as much a forum as it is a blog.
and that leads me to my question: When you reply to someone's comment.. do they get an ebot?
Because if they don't, it's a waste of time to comment... they won't see it anyway (at least probably not)
But that would require a distinction between "Comment" and "reply to comment" - and then we're looking at something like LiveJournal, I guess. Just without the icons.
Oh and THAT brings me to my next question.. Any change of our Avatars being present there as well? Please?!

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Quote - Sorry if I sound stupid, but what is a blog and what is it good for??? Everybody is speaking about but I couldn't find out what I can use it for....
From what I have figured out a "blog" is an online journal/diary. Some people use it to let their friends/family know what is happening in their lives. Others use it to post opinions regarding news events and happenings in the world. Some use it to do both. It's just a way to share your thoughts, views, ideas, concepts etc with other people....basically what is happening in your life and head.
There is a comments area too so that people who read your journal/diary can comment if they want to.

I have put in a request to have avatars posted in the blogs.
