This is probably pathetically basic buuut... I'm trying to conform hair to a new character and the hair keeps trying to conform to the figure's back or to the floor. How do I fix this? This is hair in my figures - new hair category that I downloaded from a poser site.

OH.. and I just remembered something that might be part of the problem... I used a morph to lengthen her neck just a wee bit.

is it conforming hair? most hair is just a prop type, so just parenting it to the head (and then locking it) will do the job. if it IS a conforming figure, then your base is messed up. could you show a screen shot of what is happening? that may help me to understand :) cheers!
