There seems to be a problem with the store? I keep getting this message when i try to put an order through. AVS Failed: RC=U, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again. Thanks :)

Send an e-mail about this to store@renderosity.com

That error was likely due to a CyberCash server being down temporarily. The "U" error in the address verification system means "The issuer supports AVS, but the address information is unavailable at this time."

What message are you seeing?

Renderosity has tightened up security measures against fraudulent activity. However, this may also cause some valid members to have difficulty purchasing online. If you are having problems, please contact store@renderosity.com and we'll work with you to get your order processed. yvette

Looks to me like the same problem you had with international orders when the store first opened. I remember it well. Hope you sort it out soon.

Billy, after further research, the "U" return code from CyberCash appears to mean that the bank issuing the card does not support address verification. I've opened the system up just a bit to let that return code through the system. Hope this helps with your purchase. If you have any further problems, please let us know.

That did the trick, thanks RC :)

I'm having the same problem (check above). One of the messages I get is: CC Processing Failure! failure-bad-money I've been getting the other one too: AVS Failed: RC=U, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again. I'm ordering from Taiwan. But I just processed an order as recently as this past weekend with no problem. Another problem: Whenever I try to add Spike's glasses pack # 1 or # 2, the page refreshes but the item does not get added. My current cart has pack # 3 and the jewelry set (also Spike), but packs 1 and 2 just won't add to the cart. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, dcasey0284

The address verification message "AVS Failed: RC=U" will never appear again. We now let return code "U" pass through the system successfully. The message "failure-bad-money" means the credit card was rejected by CyberCash. We are not told the reason why the card was rejected.

Everything's working fine now. Thanks for your help!
