Have you tried sending a site mail? As per our refund policy, the vendor needs to at least have the chance to provide product support. I'm sorry that the mail bounced, but since it is that old, he could have changed ISP's. Please send a site mail, so you can see when the message is picked up, and allow 48 hours for a response. If you don't get a response, please let me know and I'll do all I can to help.

I bought some P5 Materials tonight and they aren't working. In all fairness, they are rather old--from 2002. They were: Poser 5 Rock Materials by ziggy3d. They lock Poser up while they search for the jpg textures, which for some unknown reason he has stored in the materials file---problem is, Poser locks while it searches and I have over a terabyte of hard drive space for it to look through each time I try to use them. When I finally DO manage to load them by hand, I end up with a white mess. I tried contacting him through the email addresses in the read me but they came back undeliverable.
At this point, can I just get my money back?? :(
