Ok so it's tomorrow (38 - the big four-o is rapdily approaching) but I'll be away for the weekend watching some medieval jousting!.

Hey forty is just the beginning.

In fact I think you should be at least forty to be a policeman, politician, be in the army or in any way have any influence whatsoever over the lives of others.

As my old buddy Frank used to sing before God so mercifully(for my ears anyway) took him from us ; "The best is yet to come...".

Unless there's a hangover involved I just hit forty a while back, no big deal. Everyone I knew made more of it than I did.

Hey I beat you by 2 years and two days! Bit late in seeing this but hope you had a blast and I will say that 40 means more prezzies, bigger party and whatever else you can squeeze out of the 'auspicious' occasion!
