Hi People

Well, I've just gone and spent some more of my hard earned money on an EF product and onc again I have problems!! This time it's with 'Virtual Fashion Basic', I've downloaded it, installed it, tried to launch it and I get this message:

Can anyone PLEASE tell me what it is or how I correct it, I'm hoping that someone here can help cause the last time I tried to get anything from EF tech help I got ZILCH!!!

WHY is it only EF software that EVER gives me any trouble???

I bought a art program from them and they gave me full credit on my card. It was a download program, and I returned it a week after I bought it.

After reading the VFB FAQ at eF's website to confirm that your system is sufficient, start with your video card drivers making sure they are the most recent version and that you have version 9 of DirectX installed. FWIW, this is not an eF program, they are just marketing it. Program is from Reyes-Infografic. If you still have problems after reading the FAQ on their website, they will be able to help you sort it out.
