Subject: Order still "Unpaid" - even it is paid since more than a day...

My order nr. 111084166 is still checked "unpaid", even that i paid the items more than a day ago through PayPal.
Until now, i've even send two emails to store@renderosity.com including the necessary  information like order nr. and  PayPal transaction-ID .

There was no reply at all to both of the emails yet , therefore nothing changed in my account-list and i can't download the purchased items !

If the payment system can't handle PayPal payments, it should be taken off the list, the same for the store@renderosity.com email link, because they both don't seem to work at all.

Hi, Gotz,

I apologize for your not being able to contact us.  That can be very frustrating.  Please check the email you are inputing, making sure there are no spaces or misspellings that would cause it to not make it to our inbox.  It's easy to do.  I've done several times myself!  :)

Debbie and I both check email all day and haven't seen an email come through from you, or we would have most definitely responded, so I am sorry you had to wait.

On a happy note, your order has been marked as paid and is available for download.

Please let me know if you need further assistance!

Thank you for your real quick reply, Mendy !

I'm able to download the items now.

Checking the email link i can't find an error right now. Maybe there are too many emails coming in or maybe Renderosity got an overcautious spam and virus checker ?! Who knows ;-)

Anyway, it worked with the help of you and this forum.
