I bought the gallery plus last night, but it stills says I have to buy it. Can you please update my account or something, who do we contact in the future about this kind of dilemna.

Michael,

  I think that this is something that is only done during normal business hours Mon-Fri.. (I could be wrong though)

Yeah, rebelmommy is correct. The services can only be activated during normal business hours.  It will be processed Monday morning.
