Sorry I'm late guys, but I've been working on a lot of art lately and kinda get all caught up in it!

I think it is part of a saddle, but I'll go out on a limb and guess some sort of hat?

It is a part of a saddle!!! I'm guessing you guys aren't so cityfied after all!!! LOL ;p
