Hi there guys....

My question has probably been answered, but how does one export morph targets and then apply them to a new figure (more specifically P4 female)?....Is there a good link that you guys could recommend?

Thanks for your help

File>Export>Wavefront OBJ>Uncheck everything except Head>Uncheck everything except "As Morph Traget," but you had better be going from a P4 Female to a P4 Female, as you ca'nt cross figures this way.

Thanks for your help....

When I download the P4Fem Magic character and select the head, a lot of morphs get listed in the panel....What I was hoping to do is to take all these morphs to a standard P4 female character...

Angelouscuitry

I tried yoru approach but it only created a single morph object.... which incidently was not any that were listed with the P4FemMagiv character....

Am I leaving out a step? would welcome your advice....

Thank you

If there are many, then you want Morph Manager 4.  It's a free program that makes transfering a number of morphs a 100 times easier than Poser, perfect for P4F.   You can even do this right through .PZ3 files!   Just remember to always save your file in Poser after you're done with it, as MM4 files are a little bit bigger.

One thing may start to look for is how to get a bunch of MTs to Zero.  Ockham's ZeroMorph.PY script is for this! i.e. when doing ALOT of work with MM4 the resulting file is really HEANOUS!  Zeroing all the MTs brings everything back to normal/start.

What I told you to do was create a Combination Morph.  Just the outer geometry/shape of the P4F mesh.  You could have Loaded it into any P4F, Zero'd all the other morphs, turned it on to "1," and have the face from the all the old P4F's morph put together.  You  would'nt have had all of the individual morphs to play with, but the one face(That the cumulative sum, that all of the other's seetings amounted to, would be there.  But when you get to Rendering Large Posters, or scenes with lots of Figures, you'll see why what I said matters.

Sorry it's been a while since I replied, I hav'nt gotten any e-bots at Lycos for weeks!

...We need some pictures around here.

Hey look, it's my first Poser(P4F) Character...
