Subject: Trouble with downloading files (oversea)

Three days ago, I bought 3 products from the market place. I downloaded one correctly. For the other two, I loose my connection while downloading. Now the download button is locked. Please, help me!I think I need more than four time to get them (about 2 meg and 5 meg). Thanks for your answers. SMaker1 PS: I also send two messages at store@renderosity.com

Hey Im glad im not the only one (sorry) I have bought $131 worth and only been able to download one have had trouble with server shutting me off so when tried to download again told exeeded the max downloads. I have also emailed the store twice !!!!

Hello!! At last, I've got them all. (2 AM local french time. Approx 2,5 KO/sec: 45 min downloading time for 5 meg). PFOUHHH!. Thank you for your help. PS: -Could you precise the size of the files to be purchase? -Could you cut the big files (with zip)?

The size of the file is on the initial purchase information. We do try and minimize the file size by using jpg files and zips when possible. Some may get by us though :)- yvette
