Subject: Another download problem from (oversea ) UK

I have bought $131 worth of products and have only been able to download one. In the Uk aol can be notorious for shutting you off. Why then use aol because unlike in america we are just entering the free phone line setup which you have had for years!! Aol is the cheapest @ 14.99 per month to have DSL more like 40-50 per month say about $80 When i therefore started to download my purchases first with gozilla only to find i just downloaded a ez file, and when i finally got the winows explorer to download the file i had been shut off with explorer having an illigal operation or aol shutting me off. So i kept trying, only to find that i was sent to a screen telling me i had exeeded my downloads for the product, Exeeded the attempts but not the downloads themselves. perhaps you at the store should look at your server to moniter the complete download not just the initial click on the download button. I have emailed twice second time with all the details order nuber etc I do hope i will recieve an answer soon as i do whish to have the perchase in my poser collection. It would be in your best interest to look at the potiential problems of overseas orders, and the possible download problems they might have.

Once the download starts, we have no way of knowing if it succeeded. If you need more downloads, just send an email to store@renderosity.com and they'll be happy to help you out.

Cliss, If the download is an ez file please rename before download starts. That's part of the problem. If you need additional downloads, email the store@renderosity.com yvette
