i know this sounds silly but i have made many materials over the year using blender yet one material that i would very much like to produce is one of pure white as seen in printer paper, white walls, and porclean ceramics. i have not realy had any good results creating this material  if anybody has any sugestions on the settings for it, please post and tell me

Maybe show your renders with that "wrong" paper?

the ground in my most recent render is just one example of the paper

I think what that one really wants is more light.  Lighting is just as important to getting a good material as the actual material settings.
