Subject: problem with product

Hi,
I bought Dixie for A3 yesterday and am having problems getting it to work properly.  I am working with the artist to fix it, but now I am being told I have exceeded the downloads.  Can you reset her for me so I can try and download it again as suggested.

All reset.  Please be sure that you disable any download acclerators as they don't work with our site.
