How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Okay......... I really didn't want to post this, cuz I hate my own pics!!!!!! But since Maria came forward, I decided I would too (I'll be 50 next year)!!! Okay, usually you can't find me on pictures, except for my elbow maybe, or a piece of my shoulder, LOL... and this is as far as I'll go..!!!
