Subject: Animating Hands

Is there a Python Script or something that will allow smooth hands animation across 1500 frames I have Aiko set up dancing and then went in and animated her hands,The hands real jerky, they snap to a certain position , then slowly move to another postion then snap to another position and then back again. I used a BVH file for the dance and the hands were always on one position (which really looked stupid) I put the hands in different positions every 25 frames ( I used hands from the poser library), I figured they would make a smooth transition from one position to another, but for some reason they don''t. Is there a Python Script that would make animating the hands easier? beos53
