O.K. so I've been attempting to create a  6 second  30fps Sunrise animation and it all goes fine until the sun is halfway on the horizon when there is a sudden increase in brightness from one frame to the next and is quite noticeable upon playback.

So is this just the way Bryce works or is there a setting I may have missed , I've tried making the animation longer and no change and just can't figure this out.

Well finally found the time to reproduce the sunrise animation from scratch and the sky brightening has not happened this time .Tho I still don't understand why it occured in the first place weird...

After reading your post I created a rising sun animation also but found no glitch so I couldn't expound on your particular situation. Glad to hear that you have un-glitched the sun rise problem.
