Subject: Can't complete order

I placed an order 111099893 and I cannot complete it.  Paypal is haveing issues and I was unable to pay my bill.  I payed half of it with instore credit, so it's not as easy as reordering.  If I knew Paypal was having issues I'd have used my card directly, as the money comes from the same source.
How do I go about paying this as I need my purchases now?

Hi, Macey,

If the Paypal transaction was never completed, then try sending payment for $7.53 again.  Be sure to reference the order ID.  Let me know when that's done and I can manually mark it paid for you.

Oh...

Well, go to your Paypal account and send a payment directly from there to payments@renderosity.com.

Yes hat helped.  Just completed sending payment.

Thanks for your help, but I needed this last night, and won't be able to work on it again until next week :(.  And I know it is not your fault.  Would help though if there was a button/link we could push if we have troubles in the future so it would be automatic.  Or even a way to change payment if something happens.  I would have done what other did, but I didn't want to loose my instore credit, and wasn't sure if I'd loose it or not if I just told someone to delete the order afterwards.

I have verified payment & marked your order paid.  For future, if that happens and you want to cancel and start over, you wouldn't lose your in-store credit.  One way or another, we'd make sure you get that.  But, it is less confusing to not delete an order that has a credit applied to it.  And just remember paying via Paypal, you will go to your Paypal account and send payments from there.  Hopefully there won't be any trouble for you in the future.
