Hello everyone!

I'm very happy to announce that NeaP4 is available for free at Planit3D members area!

What's new on NeaP4:

  • NeaP4 is based more on posette, she uses Posettes .obj file and there is a switch on the head to change Posette head to Nea
  • NeaP4 head is mapped to accept Posettes textures
  • Lashes can take V3 Trans maps
  • Teeth use Nea's seperate maps
  • For first time body handles are added to the chest area for Right/Left Breast individually
  • A new face morph was added to give a more young character on NeaP4
  • There is no longer the lacrimal bodypart, lacrimals are modeled on the head
  • Sizable hands and feet (like Domus)

She loves P5-P6 smooth option since it makes her look much more hi-res!

Use any of the hundred free textures that are available and change her to anything you like using the 144 original face morphs she has!!!

The pack includes a texture set and MAT poses for P4-P6

Thanks everyone at Planit3D for supporting this project, and all the people that helped me make Nea better and better with their comments!!!

People looking for textures: There are low-res textures at Happyland, amazing hi-res textures by Stale Loseth at Winscape 2010 and in Freestuff here by Snowsultan.

I can't find the Happyland URL :(

"What, were you expecting V3, Aiko, or Miki to go skinny-dipping with you?"  asks Nea, as she wiggles her toes through the water giggling.

See, even Posette can still look damn good in Poser6.  I can only imagine what Poser7 will bring forth. -Starkdog

ooooooo!  will any fo these features like the new head, scaling hands and feet, and breast handles be added to the v2 mapped neaena?  oh, and does she have the neaena jp improvements, or use the old p4 jps for colothing compatibility?  either way is cool, i'm just curious.

Thanks - she's another great addition to the characters and very versatile too!

If people like those new features that NeaP4 has than those will be on Nea2 too!

As for joints:

Nea has some improvements over Posette but joint's centers are not moved, only some fall off zones are  corrected ,so that clothes work ok.

Yamatos JP converter move Posettes joint center so that she has the minimum distortions but some clothes don't work correct, that is why he has made various poses to use those on upper or lower body depenting on your needs.

Nea as any other Posette based character can use Yamatos JP converter very well and my advice is to combine them with her smooth look

I like the NeaP4 bending here to the Yamato (which is really great). Your fall-off adjustments seem less "lumpy" on the knee and elbow. Really I can't believe the wonderfull work you have done!

"-Nea’s teeth have their own texture map, you will find the texture tamplate in your RuntimetexturesnarcissusNEA Everything else is Victoria1-2 texture compatible. After you use a V1-2 MAT pose use Teeth MAT pose to apply texture to the teeth too." "NeaP4 head is mapped to accept Posettes textures" I'm confused. Both of the above are on the linked page which is titled "NeaP4" Does this mean you have to use a Posette head Tx & a V2 body Tx on NeaP4 or is the 1st statement meant to apply to regular Nea (not P4) only?

lmckenzie the first list is about Nea1 (Nea’s features) and the second list is about NeaP4 (What's new on NeaP4)

You are right it looks a bit confusing...

So NeaP4 is a version of Nea that can take Posette, except from the teeth, that have their own map and the Lashes, that use V3 trans maps
