Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 18 10:25 pm)
You can use Poser's grouping tool on the OBJ itself by importing it directly from the geometries folder. Once the OBJ has been imported by itself you just check all the groups with the Grouping tool and search for the offending polygons. You don't mention which figure you're having this issue with. If it's a well known figure you could try just reinstalling it to fix it.

When loading a 3rd party character into Mimic, I get the following error
"This OBJ file has polygons that are referenced to multiple groups. As a result, may not work properly in Mimic."
What does it mean?
Can I fix it in Poser6 or do I need another tool?
The model does not work within Mimic but I can create a morph using the default settings and then apply that to the model in Poser and it works just fine. However it would be quicker if I could load the character or simplified model directly.
I'm using the Mimic 3 Pro for Windows - v.3.0.1.1
